A Taste of Italy Comes to Great Bookham This September
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news — Carlo’s Independent Italian Restaurant is expanding!
This September (official date to be confirmed), we’ll be opening our doors in the heart of Great Bookham, bringing our much-loved Italian flavours, warm hospitality and family-run charm to a brand-new neighbourhood.
Just like our current home in Haslemere, the new branch will offer the same carefully crafted menu, featuring our signature dishes, homemade pasta, Neapolitan-style pizzas and Italian classics made with heart and heritage. If you’ve dined with us before, you’ll know we pride ourselves on offering genuine hospitality and real Italian food made with fresh, quality ingredients — and that won’t change.
There will also be Italian products for sale in the restaurant shop including specialty pasta, sauces, extra virgin olive oil, fine Italian wines and panettone and more!
Carlo himself will be at the helm, overseeing both restaurants and remaining involved in the day-to-day running of each branch. Whether you're dining in Haslemere or Great Bookham, you’ll still feel the personal touch that makes Carlo’s special.
