Carlo is coming to Petersfield!
We’re delighted to announce that Carlo Independent Italian Restaurant is opening in Petersfield in early September.
To celebrate our arrival, we’ve created a new menu exclusively for Petersfield. It brings together Italian favourites, generous flavours and a few distinctive dishes designed especially for our new home.
To Start
Begin with warm Focaccia Italiana served with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, crispy Calamari Fritti or delicately sliced Beef Carpaccio with rocket and Parmesan.
For something fresh, try our classic Caprese Salad with mozzarella, vine tomatoes, oregano and basil.
Pizza
Our pizza selection includes the Bufalina, topped with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, parma ham, rocket and bufalina mozzarella, alongside favourites such as the Margherita and a fiery Vesuvio with spicy ’nduja sausage.
Pasta
Pasta lovers will find plenty to enjoy, from Gnocchi Sorrentina with tomato sauce, Parmesan and mozzarella gratin to Tagliatelle with Courgette and Prawns in a saffron cream. Other highlights include wild boar ravioli, Penne Paesana with Burrata and Spaghetti Prawns with king prawns, cherry tomatoes and chilli.
Main Courses
The main courses are just as tempting, with Salmon Fillet served with crushed new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, Sea Bass with Tempura Vegetables, Chicken Milanese and a grilled Rib Eye with fries and homemade salsa verde.
Whether you’re joining us for a leisurely lunch, dinner with friends or a family celebration, you’ll find freshly prepared Italian food and the warm, relaxed welcome that makes Carlo’s feel like home.
